was born in Durham, North Carolina. Before attending law school Mr. Baxley served as an officer in the United States Air Force, and was honorably discharged as a Captain. Mr. Baxley has been a member of the Brunswick County, North Carolina, community since 1975. He is past president of the Brunswick County Bar Association, a former member of the Real Property Section Counsel of the North Carolina Bar Association and a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law, Residential Transactions by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
